Thanks for your amazing dedication to the showcase house closet design and installation. The custom built-in and closet were beautiful, functional and extremely unique. Your built-in design made the small space work. I could not have made it without you. Your positive attitude, great sense of humor, creativity and attention to detail made the entire project a success. You are an expert on space planning, organization and project management. If I had an idea, we brainstormed together to create the best solution. As a designer, I meet many vendors with specialties, but none like you. You stand out from ALL of the rest, and I truly mean this. If I ever needed anything, your answer was “we can make it happen” and you indeed did! This project was challenging, as there were many factors out of our control due to contractors, funding, etc. and you worked right around those and met the deadline with a smashing piece. I plan to work with you for many years to come, as you make my job easier and a lot of fun as well as continue to educate me on closet space planning. You have never over promised and under delivered, you were always honest as to what the difference in products were, timing issues and you look ahead to try and prevent problems. In addition, you look outside the box for innovative, creative and cutting edge solutions. You are all over the marketplace and very knowledgeable about all the newest products. This is a quality that is hard to find. You expand outside the closet industry to make sure you know what is going on in design and you take an interest in many areas, which I find to be inspiring. I know if I sign off on your proposal, the job will be a success. Of course I know problems will occur in design but working with you, Denise, I know that if and when they do, you are right there to come up with an effective and realistic solution and touch base with all involved. You are, and continue to build upon, your success as a closet designer and it shows. I truly think the world of you as a businessperson and you are the first and only person I call for closets, as I know you are giving me a fair price and the job will be done with ease. Amy Loef |
